Requirements
- Must be a resident of Zambia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers remotely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple customer accounts.
