🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You’ll:
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability.
- Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
- Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics.
- Handle returns, credits, and damage claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
