We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our multi-line MGA operations. This role focuses on policy servicing and client support. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable working across multiple insurance lines in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.Strong customer service or administrative support experience in any industry (call center, financial services, retail leadership, hospitality, office administration, etc.).
