Home Run Auto Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Brodhead Chevrolet, a part of our growing automotive family.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule vehicle appointments for sales and service, ensuring optimal customer convenience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Assist in managing online leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Provide information on promotions, vehicle specifications, and financing options to customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
