  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
  • Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and proficient with technology.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
