What You’ll Do

Help customers place and track orders over the phone and by email.

Recommend products and solutions that fit their needs.

Use tools like Order Entry, Corel, and Microsoft Suite to get the job done right.

Deliver exceptional service and keep our customers smiling.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Quick learner who’s comfortable using new computer systems.
