Customer Services Representative - Member Billing Department

Requirements
About the role
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play an important role in supporting both brands. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
A core focus of the role is supporting customers throughout their contract, including proactively following up on outstanding invoices and negotiating timely payments. Alongside this, you will support a range of administrative and operational tasks across the team, helping to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role is mainly remote, with occasional visits to our Old Street (London) office.
