Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Own and manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, serving as the trusted advisor for all post-sale needs
Proactively monitor account health signals and take action to reduce churn risk before it escalates
Lead regular client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews to align on goals, surface issues, and strengthen relationships
Identify and drive commercial expansion opportunities (new markets, additional headcount, upsells to premium services) across your book of business
Coordinate internally with Operations, Legal, and Payroll teams to resolve client escalations efficiently
Educate clients on EOR compliance requirements, employment law nuances, and product capabilities across multiple jurisdictions
Manage the full employee lifecycle within your accounts, from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain detailed, up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, including notes, next steps, risk flags, and commercial pipeline
Contribute to playbooks, internal documentation, and process improvements that raise the bar for the entire CS team
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing B2B SaaS role
Familiarity with EOR, PEO, global payroll, or international HR services is a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage 30-60+ accounts simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction scores
Commercial instinct: comfort with revenue conversations, identifying expansion signals, and collaborating with Sales on upsell motions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and support platforms (Intercom or similar)
Structured thinker who can triage competing priorities and operate with minimal supervision
Curious and proactive: you ask the second question, dig into root causes, and bring solutions rather than just problems
Nice to Have
Experience working with clients across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets
Background in or exposure to employment law, payroll processes, or global compliance
Familiarity with Sandler or other consultative selling / client engagement methodologies
Prior experience in a high-growth or scaling startup environment
