Job Overview

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing social commerce agency, find a Customer Success / Project Manager to support and scale their TikTok Shop operations across multiple eCommerce brands.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal TikTok Shop specialists, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication run smoothly. This position is highly client-facing and requires outstanding organization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Customer Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and ongoing client communication.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships while managing expectations.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and performance recaps.
  • Identify risks early and propose proactive solutions.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Project Management

  • Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (TikTok Shop Ops, media, creative, influencers).
  • Translate client objectives into clear tasks and workflows.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, and deadlines across brands.
  • Track progress and enforce accountability through project management tools.
  • Document SOPs, processes, and account-specific workflows.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
  • Experience working in an agency, eCommerce, or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Comfortable running client calls and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and fast-moving priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Background in marketing operations or eCommerce workflows.
  • Experience scaling processes in a startup or agency environment.
