Customer Support Agent for Amazon Support with Italian

from 1650 €/month gross -Your final gross monthly compensation will reflect experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do:  

• You are a competent and committed contact partner providing support for Amazon via phone and e-mail.
• You advise and support customers regarding orders, the returns process, and product inquiries.
• You are the first-level contact and you edit customer inquiries for the Back Office.
• You are responsible for the post-processing and documentation of customer inquiries.
• You cooperate with internal departments.

• Excellent English and Italian language skills (Must).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude is a must.
• Self-motivated with drive.
• Team player.
• Customer support experience is a big advantage.
• Experience with Amazon.
