We’re on the lookout for a Polish & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our superstar team and make a real impact. 🇵🇱🇬🇧
📍 Please note: This is a fully office-based position at our sunny and spacious office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
🛠️ What you'll be doing:
- Providing friendly support in Polish via email and live chat
- Handling requests with strong attention to detail
- Understanding clients’ needs and offering proactive solutions
- Keeping customer satisfaction front and center
- Collaborating closely with the team to improve support processes
🧩 What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in Polish & English, both written and spoken
- A proactive attitude with a knack for support or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience as a support agent is a plus
