Customer Support Agent - Thai Speaking

🇹🇭 Now we're looking for Thai speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

💼 Your Shift

Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM, 14 PM - 23 PM and 17 PM - 02 AM which is rotating each week

Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;

‼️ IMPORTANT: This position is office based, our office is located on 51, Blv. "Cherni Vrah", Office "Energy Tower". Additionally, the job requires a work permit from your side.

🙋‍♀️ Entry level position - you can apply with little or no experience.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Providing support in Thai and English by email and Live chats;

✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;

✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️ Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken;

✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;

✔️ Attention to detail;

✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
