Job Description:
• Answer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Document and resolve inquiries
• Provide excellent client service
• Pay close attention to detail
• Retain and document client/provider information
Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations for potential cases
• Sign up new clients electronically
• Set initial clinic appointments
• Review inquiry calls and emails
• Process and file legal documents
• Meet walk-in clients and communicate with partner firms
• Data entry and case documentation
Secondary Duties:
• Collaborate with other departments
• Connect clients with legal teams
• Direct calls from insurance or medical providers appropriately
Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and technical proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
• Capable of handling office equipment
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Empathy and sympathy for clients.
