• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
