Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French.
  • Provide accurate information about available plans, promotions, and device functionalities.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving service-related concerns.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and sales teams to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is a plus.
