Cybersecurity Content Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of security awareness programs for external clients.
• Creation, customization and regular updating of security education materials - e-learning modules, interactive trainings, presentations, infographics, newsletters and other engaging content.
• Design and delivery of customized awareness campaigns and training sessions covering topics such as phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, secure technology use, etc.
• Planning, executing and analyzing phishing simulation campaigns, including reporting and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration with clients to assess security culture, identify learning needs and propose tailored awareness strategies and materials.
• Measurement and reporting of program effectiveness and engagement metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous research of global best practices, tools and trends in cybersecurity awareness, communication and behavioral change.
• Ensuring awareness initiatives support compliance with standards, frameworks and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, DORA, NIST, UR E26/27, etc. and internal policies.

Qualifications

• University or professional education.
• 2+ years of experience in information security, awareness program management, training delivery or content creation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and writing skills - with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Creativity, initiative and attention to detail in developing visual and written content.
• Proficiency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise 360 or similar.
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience using AI-based tools for content creation (e.g. Synthesia, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience working directly with clients and adapting content to different industries and organizational contexts is an advantage.
• Certificates in information security or awareness (e.g. SSAP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are an advantage.
