Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order management.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
