Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Guide customers through product features, specifications, and usage instructions.
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and warranty inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest product releases and trends in the consumer electronics sector.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
