As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in addressing their inquiries and concerns while communicating effectively in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries relating to cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide clear and detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Assist customers with technical queries and support issues related to cybersecurity applications.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity to effectively support customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general IT applications is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Greece, along with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
