Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to digital wallet services including account management, transactions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide customers with information regarding product features, benefits, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Assist customers in understanding payment processes, security measures, and service features.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with product and technical teams to enhance customer service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the digital or financial technology sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital wallets or payment systems is advantageous.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other customer service technology.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
