As a representative, you will assist clients in Danish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order processes, and brand information via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
• Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to keep up-to-date with the latest product launches and promotions.
• Stay informed about trends in the fashion and luxury industry to better serve our clientele.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or luxury industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
