As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries efficiently while communicating effectively in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and service-related questions via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
• Provide clients with accurate information about menu options, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and feedback management.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and restaurant partners to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in food delivery and service offerings to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive stance in addressing issues.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
