How your day-to-day in this role will look

You will receive specialized training for the product and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with booking inquiries
• Becoming a product and service expert
• Providing support via email, chat, and phone calls
• Using your positive energy to upsell products and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Specializing in a specific brand and building a clear career progression path

Requirements
