Data Researcher / Junior Data Analyst
Unison is looking for a detail‑oriented team member who enjoys online research, working with structured information, and communicating clearly. This role is well suited for early‑career professionals, recent graduates, career changers, or candidates returning to the workforce. No technical background or programming skills are required.
Your Role
You will support our team by researching information from public sources, keeping records accurate and up to date, and assisting with communication with external contacts. You will follow clearly defined processes, manage structured data, and help the team meet regular objectives. Full onboarding and training are provided.
What You Bring
• Native or near‑native Spanish (C1/C2) and good English
• Confident computer user with the ability to learn new tools
• Solid Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables)
• High attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Professional and positive attitude
• Suitable for 0–4 years of experience; no degree required
Ideal backgrounds include customer service, administrative support, market research, junior analyst roles, or detail‑oriented career changers.
