Data Analyst role is essential for transforming raw business data into actionable insights,
supporting data-driven decision-making across the Global Support Department, and
improving operational efficiency. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drivebusiness decisions.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses.Design, develop, and automate reports and data workflows to improve efficiency and data accessibility.Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and validation checks.Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.Assist in the creation of predictive models and forecasts to support planning initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL in cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake. Strong experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, for creating impactful dashboards and reports. Advanced skills in Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Demonstrated ability to use Google Slides for clear and compelling presentation of data-driven insights.Experience with data automation techniques and tools (e.g., scripting languages like Python) to streamline data pipelines and reporting processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
