Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical, deep-dive analysis to diagnose business issues, identify inefficiencies, and uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights using advanced analytical techniques and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Design and execute hypothesis-driven analyses to answer specific business questions with precision and clarity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries that highlight key performance indicators and root-cause findings.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical frameworks.
• Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies, ensuring high standards of data quality and reliability.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, trend evaluation, and performance benchmarking.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
• Present analytical findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and action-oriented manner.
• Continuously refine analytical methodologies to improve accuracy, relevance, and business impact.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role handling complex datasets.
• Demonstrated expertise in surgical analysis, including root-cause analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and drill-down investigations.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, or equivalent analytical platforms.
• Experience working with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured analytical steps.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to real-world outcomes and decisions.
• High attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to validating assumptions and results.
• Effective communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
