The work:

The Data Engineer, Digital Banking will be responsible for supporting the development, and maintenance of our Digital Banking data platform and provide on-going support for stakeholders of the Data platform. They will be working in a high performing team to build and maintain data solutions on Microsoft Fabric. The candidate will be accountable for ensuring the integrity of data solutions and compliance to risk and governance policies.

The ideal candidate will possess interest in the development and management of data movement and processing solutions of structured and unstructured data in batch and near real-time.

The Core Responsibilities of the Job:

Design, Develop and Maintain Data solutions

Develop, and maintain scalabledata pipelines (batch and real-time) for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.

Maintain data storage solutions, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage in data Lakehouse and Warehouses.

Implement and maintain API integrations, including REST APIs, for seamless data flow between systems.

Supportdata platform userson their data requests and solutions.

Running reporting, managing data extracts/imports, and providing data quality verification.

Monitor and optimize the performance of systems and pipelines.

Develop data visualization solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Let's Talk About You!

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science or Engineering.

Must be a current student in school.

Experience in T-SQL, Python, PySparkand Spark programming language.

Ability to write concise and accurate technical documentation.

Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
