Build and own CodeRabbit’s end-to-end data stack, from ingestion to analytics
Design and maintain scalable pipelines for product, marketing, sales, and customer data
Partner closely with Engineering to support product analytics, experimentation, and feature measurement
Enable Marketing with attribution, funnel analysis, and growth insights
Support Sales and Revenue teams with pipeline, forecasting, and customer lifecycle reporting
Define and document core business metrics so everyone is aligned on “what good looks like”
Establish best practices for data quality, testing, and reliability in a fast-moving environment
Make pragmatic tool choices and iterate as the company scales
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer, ideally in a startup or high-ownership environment

Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
Comfort working with messy, incomplete data and evolving requirements
Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, marketers, and sales partners
A builder’s mindset: you enjoy starting with a blank slate and making things real
Nice to Have
Experience supporting B2B SaaS or developer-focused products
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog)
Experience with BI tools and self-serve analytics
