Netrix Global is looking for a Data Engineer II with strong technical fundamentals and a growth mindset who is interested in building expertise across data engineering and enterprise platform integration. This role sits at the intersection of data pipelines and operational systems, supporting both internal analytics infrastructure and key business applications. The engineer will help design and maintain ETL pipelines, support reporting infrastructure, and assist with the administration and configuration of Kimble (Kantata), Salesforce Lightning, and Quickbase. Prior deep expertise in these platforms is not required. The right candidate is technically curious, resourceful, and motivated to grow into system ownership over time. This role is ideal for an engineer early in their career who wants exposure to real production systems, cross-platform integrations, and enterprise-scale data operations.
We are looking for an engineer who operates with ownership, curiosity, and accountability. Success in this role requires more than completing assigned tasks. It requires recognizing gaps, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proactively moving work forward.
Qualifications
Work Schedule: This role is based in India and supports US-based teams. To provide real-time collaboration with end users, the engineer is expected to maintain a consistent daily overlap with US Central Time. The working schedule will align with Indian evening hours and extend until 11:00 AM US Central Time. This is a late shift, not an overnight shift, and is designed to provide predictable hours while ensuring strong coverage for US operations. Exact start times may be adjusted slightly to support work-life balance while maintaining required coverage.
