We are looking for Data Engineers at various seniority levels - from Regular to Technical Lead. We work on multiple data‑focused projects: from building and maintaining modern data & analytics platforms, through IoT integrations and stream processing, to designing data architectures and developing cloud‑based solutions. We are looking for people who want to work with data seriously: in scalable, production environments, with a strong focus on quality, automation, and long‑term development.

Data processing & integration: Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure PaaS, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Apache NiFi, Node‑RED
Languages & programming: SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, DB2), Python
Cloud & infrastructure: Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Control‑M
IoT & integrations: Azure IoT Hub, MQTT, OPC UA
BI & visualization: Power BI, SAP Business Objects
Other: Git, ServiceNow, JSON, XML

Qualifications

Must‑have (depending on seniority level)

  • Experience in Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, data modeling, integrations)
  • Very good knowledge of SQL
  • Python at a production level or for building pipelines
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure or GCP)
  • Experience with tools such as Spark/Databricks or ADF
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and code repositories
  • Ability to work in Agile teams
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Polish and English (minimum B2)

For senior/lead roles additionally:

  • Experience in designing data architectures
  • Leading technical initiatives and mentoring
  • Participation in strategic decisions and technology standards
  • Ability to resolve complex incidents and system‑level issues
  • Experience working in high‑scale production environments

Nice to have

  • Experience with IoT and telemetry processing
  • Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric
  • Power BI / Looker / Tableau
  • ITIL

Additional Information

Most teams work in a hybrid model

Main project locations: Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin
