At H!KINEX, we’re looking for a Senior Operations / Data Science Associate who enjoys working with data, uncovering patterns, and turning insights into clear, actionable operational decisions. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable navigating relational databases, working in modern data environments, and independently slicing and dicing data to support smarter execution.

You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams to design better processes, improve efficiency, and drive real impact through data. As you demonstrate strong performance and ownership, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and manage 2–3 junior associates, leading execution of your designs and overseeing day-to-day operational work.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to grow into leadership—not just execute tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Data & Decision Support

• Independently analyze operational data using relational databases and modern data tools
• Slice, interpret, and translate data into clear insights that inform operational decisions
• Build reports, metrics, and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities

Process & Operational Design

• Identify inefficiencies across workflows and design smarter, scalable solutions
• Recommend and implement process improvements that drive measurable results
• Document processes and establish best practices for consistent execution

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Partner with operations, leadership, and other teams to align priorities and outcomes
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly way

Leadership Growth

• Once performance is proven, hire, train, and manage 2–3 junior associates
• Delegate execution while maintaining accountability and quality
• Continuously refine operational designs based on feedback and results

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, data, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role
• Experience supporting U.S.-based teams and working across different U.S. time zones
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and modern data environments
• Exposure to KPI design, operational analytics, or process optimization
• Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Work Details

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. time zones

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Internet Requirement: Minimum 50 Mbps (LAN connection recommended)
