Stora is a self storage software platform at the forefront of a technology-led transformation of the industry. We help operators run better businesses through automation, payments, reporting and modern customer experiences.
In just over four years, we’ve helped hundreds of operators globally process tens of millions in automated payments. We’ve proven product-market fit across multiple regions.
Our next phase of growth is deliberate and focused — increasing pipeline, improving efficiency and expanding further into North America and beyond.
Stora has proven product-market fit across multiple regions, with over a quarter of all self storage businesses in the UK and Ireland now using our platform. We're focused on cementing this leading position while expanding into North America and Australia/New Zealand.
To do that, we need a demand generation operator who can move fast and execute across multiple channels.
This isn't a support role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of campaigns from concept through to measurable SQL growth — someone who brings depth in at least two core areas (like paid acquisition and SEO, or funnel optimisation and experimentation) while maintaining strong general marketing fundamentals.
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure marketing drives real commercial impact.
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns from concept through optimisation
Define clear targets, audiences and distribution plans
Align closely with Sales on follow-up and feedback loops
Analyse performance and iterate quickly
Support and run paid acquisition campaigns
Increase test cadence across channels
Contribute to improving cost per SQL
Drive high-intent SEO initiatives
Identify and execute opportunities that support pipeline, not vanity traffic
Improve landing pages and nurture flows
Monitor MQL → SQL progression and suggest improvements
Launch new initiatives and test ideas regularly
Help expand our presence across emerging acquisition channels, including AI-driven search
Use AI tools to accelerate research, planning and iteration
Maintain a high quality bar while increasing output
Increased SQL contribution from marketing campaigns
Higher experiment velocity across paid and organic channels
Improved paid efficiency
Clear ownership of multi-market initiatives
Meaningful contribution to international pipeline growth
Has 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand or growth marketing
Has owned campaigns end-to-end, not just supported them
Understands paid acquisition and SEO
Thinks in terms of targets, angles, distribution and outcomes
Is comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team
Is commercially minded and data-literate
Is ambitious and wants to grow into a bigger role over time
International market exposure is a plus, but not essential.
Direct exposure to multi-market SaaS growth
Real ownership over campaigns and results
Close collaboration with senior leadership
Clear progression opportunity as the function scales
A culture that values clarity, momentum and delivery
Hybrid role based in Belfast.
3 days per week in office, 2 days working from home.
£45,000–£55,000 depending on experience
Share options
35 days annual leave
Private health insurance (you + family)
Company pension
Apple hardware
WFH budget
L&D support
Regular in-person team events
