The Impact of a Demo Support Associate at Coupa:
The Demo Support Associate is a vital part of the Global Demo Services (GDS) Team, specifically dedicated to enabling Coupa’s Partner ecosystem and Education Services team.This role ensures that our partner and training environments are flawlessly configured with the necessary data and functionality to showcase Coupa’s latest products and facilitate effective learning. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our ecosystem by empowering partners to deliver deal-winning demonstrations and ensuring the Education team has the robust infrastructure needed to train customers and consultants.
You will be instrumental in translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling configurations that resonate with users, ultimately driving the adoption and success of Coupa’s platform
What you'll do:
Collaborate with the Global Demo Services Team to manage demo and training environments, ensuring that content is updated to meet strict release deadlines.Become an expert at Coupa’s products and assist Partners and Education Services instructors in optimizing their environments for presentations and training courses.Help the ecosystem scale by identifying opportunities for improvement and process efficiency in the creation and maintenance of partner and education environments.Provide ongoing support for Partners and the Education team as needed to support enablement and training success.Partner with the Product Teams and Operations to ensure high-quality, high-reliability demo and training instances.Leverage AI tools and automations to scale, optimize, and improve the support experience for partners and trainers.
What you will bring to Coupa:
-3 years experience in a Technical Support, Sales Ops, pre-sales support, or implementation role.Experience implementing, training, or supporting B2B Software as a Service -- preferably in the FinTech space (ERP, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Sourcing).Strong English written and verbal communication skills.Strong track record of creating impactful documentation, collateral, or instructional materials including presentations and online training.Experience configuring software for demonstrations or training labs is a plus.Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.A passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Bachelor Degree required. An engineering degree is a plus.
