Dental Accounts Receivable Coordintaor
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who brings both accuracy and heart—someone who understands that behind every account is a person who deserves clarity, respect, and support.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of accounts receivable and keeping everything running smoothly
- Following up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances with confidence and care
- Submitting and tracking claims (including CDCP, Blue Cross, and more)
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring accounts are accurate and up to date
- Supporting patients by clearly and compassionately explaining balances and payment options
- Working closely with the front desk and clinical team to ensure seamless, accurate billing
- Keeping financial records organized, accurate, and reliable
What You Bring
- Experience working in a dental office (this is a must)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
- Experience with software like Tracker, Dentrix, or AbelDent
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- A calm, professional, and empathetic approach when speaking with patients
