- Provide chairside support and assist clinicians in delivering high-quality dental care.
- Prepare treatment rooms, and sterilise and maintain instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Manage front desk duties and deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is required
- Specialist experience (e.g., orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, or implants) is highly regarded.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or currently completing it) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
