We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Dermatologist to deliver high-quality medical, cosmetic, and aesthetic dermatology services. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, and superior patient experience while offering exposure to advanced aesthetic technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Aesthetic Care

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail disorders.
• Perform aesthetic dermatology procedures, including:
• Laser treatments (laser hair reduction, toning, resurfacing, pigmentation management)
• Injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP / GFC)
• Treatments for acne, scars, pigmentation, and anti-aging concerns
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with individual patient needs and goals.
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, and adherence to ethical medical standards.

Patient Experience

• Conduct detailed consultations and clearly explain diagnoses, procedures, and outcomes.
• Build long-term patient relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent results.
• Address patient concerns proactively and manage expectations effectively.

Clinical Governance & Quality Standards

• Adhere to clinical protocols, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Team Collaboration & Practice Development

• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and clinic teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in clinical discussions, internal audits, and professional training programs.
• Contribute to practice growth through ethical care, clinical expertise, and professional credibility.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MD / DNB / DDV in Dermatology (mandatory).
• Valid medical council registration.
• 2–10+ years of experience in clinical and aesthetic dermatology preferred.
• Hands-on experience with lasers and injectables is a strong advantage.
• Freshers with structured aesthetic training may be considered for fellowship + employment opportunities.
