DevOps Engineer – Continuous Integration Infrastructure - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

About the Role 

Join our Continuous Integration Production Care team to design, maintain, and improve efficient CI/CD infrastructure that supports the development and testing of baseband software and client runtime systems. You will work on automation, tooling, and security processes that enable fast and reliable software delivery in an international environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

CI/CD Infrastructure 

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD systems 

• Build and manage pipelines to support fast and reliable deployments 

Scripting & Automation 

• Develop and maintain scripts in Python and Bash 

• Run automation in test and production environments 

Monitoring & Security 

• Maintain thirdparty component and vulnerability scans 

• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability 

Collaboration & Support 

• Support software release activities 

• Work closely with development teams 

• Use SQL for data storage and management 

Requirements 

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) 

• Solid knowledge of Linux systems 

• Experience with Git, GitLab, Gerrit, and Jenkins 

• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Understanding of Agile processes and practices 

• Knowledge of SQL and database management 

• Good communication skills in English 

• Proactive and collaborative attitude 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana) 

• Good understanding of SQL and database performance 

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices 

• Knowledge of mobile network systems (4G basics) 

• Experience with Yocto, Artifactory, Bazel 

• Interest in container technologies 

• Experience with Jira
