This role

The Digital Growth Manager will drive the launch and growth of PayJoy’s Credit Line QR (CLQR) product in the Philippines, as well as future products stemming from credit lines.  In addition the Digital Growth Manager will eventually lead a team of analysts as our product suite grows (e.g. cards, insurance, other use cases). These initiatives are aimed at driving PayJoy’s user, revenue, and market expansion initiatives in the Philippines. Initially the role will be a PMO type role and drive the development and launch of CLQR. Once the product is live the role will shift to a growth role driving volumes and usage of CLQR.  It requires close collaboration with product, sales, operations, marketing, and analytics. Success is measured through customer acquisition, activation, retention, and unit economics. The ideal candidate brings experience in growing fintech usage/adoption, managing the building and launching of new products/use cases and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Credit Line QR (CLQR) and other payments related use cases such as insurance, payment processing, and others:
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management. from market analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to launch and optimization
  • Partner with engineering, compliance, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and regulatory-compliant payment products
  • Analyze customer and partner needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory environments across key corridors to identify opportunities for product and margin improvements
  • Drive product performance by tracking key metrics including loan volumes, Monthly Active Users, MDRs, etc. 
  • Manage relationships and integrations with PSPs, settlement banks, FX providers, payment networks, and other enabling partners
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 7–10 years in Product Management, ideally in FinTech, Lending, Merchant Acquiring, or Payments.
  • Strong understanding of Philippines and Southeast Asia payment landscape 
  • Analytical skills with experience in SQL/Python/R  a plus 
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring product operations teams.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strategic visioning and roadmap planning.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Decision-making under regulatory and operational constraints.
  • Improve monthly active users (MAU), loan volumes, 
  • Drive measurable impact on revenue, acquisition, and user retention.
  • Double MPU (Merchant Productivity Units) through optimized onboarding and servicing.
