Job Role: Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Growth Manager
Compensation range: $3,500 - 4000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Growth Manager to manage and grow four related brands across retail, ecommerce, services, and wholesale. This role blends strategy and execution across websites, paid ads, social media, email/SMS, SEO, and content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Websites & Ecommerce (Shopify + Service Sites)
- Manage and maintain Shopify stores and service websites
- Upload and optimize products, images, descriptions, and keywords
- Create new pages (products, categories, services, projects)
- Basic SEO and ongoing site improvements
- Create blogs and project galleries to support SEO and campaigns
- Build promotional landing pages for seasonal campaigns
2. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)
- Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
- Build new campaigns for:
- Ecommerce sales
- Lead generation
- Location‑based services
- Develop and manage Google Ads & Google Shopping
- Conduct competitor and keyword research
3. Social Media Management
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Create and manage social media calendars
- Schedule and publish posts (UGC provided where available)
- Repurpose website, product, and project content
- Use AI tools where needed to generate visuals
- Monitor performance and adjust content accordingly
- Posting cadence varies by brand (approx. 2–5 posts per week per brand).
4. Email & SMS Marketing
- Build and manage campaigns using Klaviyo, Houzz, and Podium
- Segment audiences (Retail, Trade, Builders, Designers)
- Create:
- Promotional emails
- Educational content
- Abandoned cart flows
- SMS campaigns for promotions and reviews
- Repurpose email content into website blogs
5. UGC & Reviews
- Build systems to collect:
- Customer reviews
- Testimonials
- User‑generated content
- Use reviews and UGC across websites, ads, and social channels
- Support review requests via SMS and email
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in digital marketing and ecommerce
- Hands‑on with Shopify, paid ads, and email marketing
- Comfortable managing multiple brands at once
- Able to work independently and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Must have experience with the following tools:
- Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- Canva, CapCut, AI design tools
- Later, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz
- Google Drive, Excel, Calendly
- (Nice to have: CIN7, Podium)
Important Note:
This is a senior, hands-on role covering multiple brands. Support with content capture (photos/videos) will be provided locally, but the role owns planning, execution, optimization, and performance.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
