Job Role: Residential Property Analyst

Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: A property group based in Australia, dedicated to creating value across residential and commercial real estate through innovation, integrity, and genuine client relationships. Their team combines deep market expertise with modern technology to deliver seamless property experiences from acquisition and development to sales and management.

Role Overview: This role is responsible for executing the company’s marketing activity, ensuring consistent content delivery, brand alignment, and performance tracking across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the marketing calendar and content schedule using provided frameworks, templates, and hooks.
  • Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the principal to refine messaging and maintain brand voice and consistency.
  • Track engagement and performance metrics, providing regular reports and improvement suggestions.
  • Assist with basic content creation tasks when required, including simple graphic design or video edits.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or digital content roles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, social scheduling platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in performance-driven marketing.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
