About the Role

As the Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of the TABtouch content strategy, helping develop and deliver content that aligns with our brand tone, marketing objectives and responsible wagering commitments.

Reporting directly to the Wagering Content Manager, you’ll lead the planning, publishing and performance tracking across our digital channels, ensuring content is engaging, timely and speaks to our racing and sport audiences.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across content strategy, analytics, production workflows and cross‑functional campaign delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, creative and eager to grow their content career in a dynamic environment.

Key Accountabilities

Channel Management & Content Execution

  • Contribute to day‑to‑day content planning, scheduling, publishing and optimisation.
  • Use in‑platform tools and scheduling systems (e.g. Hootsuite) to manage content across multiple channels and formats.
  • Support production workflows, ensuring approvals and material deadlines are met.
  • Implement and maintain community management protocols.
  • Shape brand storytelling through short‑form video, memes, reels and other native formats.
  • Ensure all content reflects the TABtouch tone of voice, brand values and responsible wagering messaging.

Analytics, Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools.
  • Use insights to refine content, improving engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Stay current with platform trends, content best practice and emerging social formats.

Qualifications

About You

  • 2–4 years’ experience in content, social media or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for sport and racing, and an interest in audience‑first storytelling.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Content Marketing Officer, helping maintain smooth workflows and consistent delivery.
  • Experience using social scheduling and publishing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms, formats and behaviours.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative and positive approach to teamwork.
  • An understanding of (or willingness to learn) content governance, compliance and responsible wagering frameworks.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or similar (desirable).
