The Digital Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end strategy of acquiring and qualifying prospects to fuel our client’s expansion. The ideal candidate will integrate digital marketing best practices with rigorous data analysis to refine targeting and maximize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities
- Automate & Streamline: Implement best-in-class tools to refine lead capture workflows and system integrations
- Analyze & Adapt: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign health and refine tactical execution
- Collaborate for Conversion: Align with internal teams to ensure high-quality lead delivery and proactive follow-up
- Strategic Campaign Management: Spearhead multi-channel campaigns—including SEM, Social, Email, and SEO—while incorporating emerging AI-driven tactics
- Technical Proficiency: Manage the technical lifecycle of a lead, from initial capture to CRM routing, to ensure a frictionless sales experience
Requirements
- Multi-Channel Strategy: 3–5 years of experience designing and executing integrated outreach campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media, SEO/AIO, and Email Drip sequences
- Marketing Automation: Expert proficiency in leveraging digital tools and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier) to automate lead capture and streamline data workflows
- Data-Driven Optimization: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret campaign metrics, monitor KPIs, and pivot tactics to maximize ROI
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Demonstrated success in collaborating across teams to manage lead scoring, seamless handoffs, and follow-up protocols that increase conversion rates
- Strategic Agility: Proactive in adopting emerging technologies and AI Optimization (AIO) trends to continually refine and future-proof lead generation efforts
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- Peripherals and Workspace:
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
