To further strengthen its brand and digital presence, Appolonia City is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to manage social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement, and media buying for digital campaigns.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate with deep expertise in digital media buying, programmatic advertising, and performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid social strategies, geofencing, audience targeting, and ROI optimization across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social, search (SEO & SEM) and programmatic media campaigns to drive conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
- Manage digital media budgets across platforms, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Leverage programmatic advertising tools (DSPs, DMPs) and geofencing for hyper-targeted campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media buying, ad tech, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare and provide detailed regular reports for the Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Write and create engaging digital content.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and paid social advertising.
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising (RTB, DSPs) and geofencing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Experience with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Knowledge of lookalike audiences, retargeting, and CRM-based targeting.
