Digital Product Manager

Salary banding: £47,050 - £60,640

Are you passionate about digital products and sport? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and fan experience? We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to help shape and deliver products used by millions of sports fans around the world.

In this exciting role, you’ll be embedded as a dedicated product resource within the Digital Team of one of our key partners, the Premier League. While you’ll be a Beyond Sports employee, you’ll act as a vital bridge between our internal delivery teams and client stakeholders, helping to define, prioritise, and deliver high-impact digital products and features.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of product features, working closely with cross-functional teams across Product Design, Research & Insights, Engineering, QA, Project Management, and Data & Analytics.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Create, manage, and prioritise the product backlog

  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through to delivery, UAT, and launch

  • Support the delivery and ongoing evolution of Fantasy Premier League

  • Conduct market research and audits across Premier League platforms

  • Work with Data & Analytics teams to support A/B testing and experimentation

  • Configure tooling and CMS platforms (Pulselive & Premier League systems) to support operational activations across websites and apps

  • Help define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs based on insight, data, and business needs

  • Ensure squads are aligned with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and the “why” behind each initiative

  • Work across one or multiple workstreams depending on product scope and complexity

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a collaborative, insight-driven Product Manager who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and enjoys solving complex problems.

You’ll bring:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in digital product management

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients and internal teams

  • Experience shaping and delivering product roadmaps using data, research, and business context

  • Confidence defining problem statements, SMART objectives, and success metrics

  • Experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile teams

  • A solid understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery best practices

  • The ability to balance multiple perspectives to define MVPs and maximise value

  • A creative, solution-focused mindset, working closely with Product Design and Engineering

  • Comfort operating in complex environments delivering products for major brands, events, or large audiences

  • The ability to collaborate with technical teams on complex solutions, including areas such as video and audio services, sports data, identity management, or payments and subscriptions

Why join us?

You’ll be working on globally recognised sports products, influencing digital experiences used by millions of fans, and partnering with some of the biggest names in sport. You’ll have the opportunity to grow as a product professional while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work in a genuinely exciting industry.
