Job Summary
Octopus Digital Ltd. is seeking a motivated Digital Sales Engineer to join its Lahore office. The role is responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting B2B leads through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital or inside sales, a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, and a technical mindset—preferably supported by an engineering background.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads using digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM systems, and company digital channels.
- Engage with prospective clients through emails, calls, virtual meetings, and online product or solution presentations.
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose suitable digital or engineering-based solutions.
- Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct online market research to identify potential industries, customers, and business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital sales best practices.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields) — preferred.
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines may be considered if they have relevant B2B digital sales experience.
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B digital sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in digital lead generation and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical products or solutions to business clients.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Analytical approach to assess lead quality and sales performance.

- Experience in technology, automation, engineering solutions, or SaaS-based B2B sales.
