Director of Operations, QSR

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Director of Operations to provide visionary leadership and hands-on management for 23 established Tim Hortons locations across Prince Edward Island, with more stores planned for development. This is the senior-most operations role in the organization, reporting directly to the Owner.

The Director of Operations is the operational and cultural leader for all Tim Hortons business activities on PEI. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role where you will be expected to treat the network of stores as your own business. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and a positive, collaborative team culture. Success in this role requires a strong "boots-on-the-ground" approach, exceptional people leadership skills, and a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the daily business.
