Director of Operations Support -- Financial Securities and Annuities
Under the supervision of the COO, direct and design training and support of Company’s Retirement Services, Asset Management, TPA services, Quality Control, and Provider Management areas. Plan the strategic direction of these areas, and ensure the quality of the teams’ service and processing.
- Work with team members, COO, other Operations Directors and Managers to continuously improve work processes, to provide quality services and processing as well as actively meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
- Work with department supervisors to improve processes and efficiencies of these departments. Work with department supervisors to improve accuracy of processing.
** Series 6 and 26 or 7 and 24 or Series 99 License required**
This is a full time, long term opportunity and is accessible by public transportation.
