Liberate is a real estate brokerage startup studio, founded by Abdullah Alajaji (founder of Driven Properties, Lamar Development, Refine, houza), JP Mondalek (ex Uber, dubizzle/OLX, Amazon, houza), Sebasatian Ritter (ex dubizzle, houza), and Alex Hutley (ex dubizzle/OLX, Shedd). Liberate is re-imagining how real estate brokerages are built, scaled, and operated. We partner with top-performing agents and give them the systems, brand, technology, and leverage to build their own independent brokerages and teams without the legacy baggage of traditional firms; all while having access to one of the most successful brokerages (Driven Properties) for developer access, agent collaboration, and support. Our long-term ambition is to build The Liberate Guild: the most successful, collaborative portfolio of independent boutique real estate brokerages in the UAE. This role sits at the center of that mission.
The Role
We’re hiring a Director to lead Liberate’s Partner and Agent Acquisition Program. This is not a “manage inbound leads” role. This is a builder-seller role for a senior B2B sales operator who can design the sales motion, execute relentlessly, and scale it into an engine. Your objective is simple but ambitious: Identify, engage, and convert the top-producing real estate agents in the UAE who have the ambition to build their own brokerage and teams.
What You’ll Do
Own Partner Acquisition End-to-End
-Design and execute Liberate’s Partner and agent acquisition strategy across the UAE
-Identify top-performing agents with entrepreneurial drive and leadership potential
-Run a high-touch, high-conviction sales process from first contact to signed Partner
Build a World-Class B2B Sales Engine
-Build and own Liberate’s Partner CRM from the ground up
-Define ICPs, segmentation, deal stages, and qualification frameworks
-Design automated outreach sequences, follow-ups, and nurture flows
-Track funnel performance, conversion rates, and cycle times obsessively
Sell a Vision, Not a Job
-Position Liberate as the platform and partner of choice for elite agents ready to build
-Clearly articulate the financial, operational, and lifestyle upside of independence
-Handle complex objections around risk, brand, team building, and transition timing
Work Data-First, Tech-Forward
-Use data to prioritize accounts, refine messaging, and improve close rates
-Partner closely with marketing and ops to test messaging, channels, and treatments
-Continuously improve the Partner journey post-close to maximize long-term success
Sign 1 New Liberate Partner Every Month
-Your KPI is to sign 1 new Liberate Partner per month (target: 10-12 per year)
Assist Liberate Partners with Building Teams
-Help Liberate’s Partners grow by scaling their broker talent pool
Requirements
Who This Is For
You are likely someone who:
-Comes from a strong B2B sales background (consultative, high-ticket, complex sales)
-Has either deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market or a genuine obsession with mastering it quickly
-Has sold transformational outcomes, not just products
-Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building systems from zero
-Is intensely self-driven, competitive, and outcome-oriented
-Thinks in pipelines, funnels, and data
You are not afraid of rejection, long sales cycles, or high standards; and you

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
-Director, Partner and Agent Acquisition 3
-Senior-level B2B sales experience, ideally in services, platforms, or partnerships
-Proven ability to build and close your own pipeline
-Strong experience with CRMs, sales tooling, and automation
-Data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards, metrics, and reporting
-Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder managementskills
-Entrepreneurial mindset. You think like an owner, not an employee
Experience in real estate is a plus, but sales excellence and learning velocity
matter more.
