NETGEAR is looking for a Director of Security Sales to grow our cybersecurity solutions portfolio, including SASE, NGFWs, ZTNA, SWG, VPN, and SD-WAN. In this senior sales role, you’ll develop and execute strategies for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs), working closely with product and executive leadership. This is a remote position with occasional travel.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business and expansion revenue with MSP and SMB customers

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline growth, closing, and post-sale coordination

  • Build and execute account and territory plans to exceed quarterly and annual targets

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering on messaging and positioning

  • Develop strong relationships with IT and security decision-makers

  • Work with channel partners to support co-selling and demand generation

  • Represent NETGEAR at industry and partner events

  • Stay current on competitive trends and provide customer/market feedback

  • Mentor regional sales team members

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in network or cloud security

  • Minimum of 3 years in a director role

  • Proven success exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas with MSPs and/or SMBs

  • Strong knowledge of SASE, NGFW, ZTNA, SWG, VPN, and SD-WAN

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence senior IT leaders

  • Experience working with channel partners (VARs)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced business training

  • Experience launching new security products

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)

  • Experience supporting distributed or remote-first workforces

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Salesforce)
