Director - TPM & Delivery
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program & Delivery Director to lead complex, enterprise-grade software development programs. This role requires a strong technical background in Angular, .NET architecture, and AWS, paired with outstanding leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple software programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 15+ years of experience in software engineering and program delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
● Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs with Angular and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
● Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices.
● Demonstrated experience in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive delivery outcomes without direct authority.
● Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.
● Certified AWS Solution Architect or Cloud Practitioner
